Wow! What a house! We fell in love with it and its location the moment we found it and know you will too. This house is located conveniently between Circles 5 & 6.  The house address is 1 Blue Grouse,(Easy North entrance arrival & departure) a street that borders the river. Anyone that has been to Sunriver previously will know that the closer to the river the more wildlife you will be able to enjoy & how quiet and relaxing the walks are. The house is in a great location moments from the golf course, North pool, and North grocery store.

Our 1800 square foot, 3 BR house comfortably sleeps nine guests, has a garage, and paved parking. The downstairs master bedroom features a king bed with its own private bathroom. This room has plenty of storage opportunities, room for relaxing and has its own TV and VCR player. Upstairs you will find two additional bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed, and TV. The second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds as well as a TV and VCR player. There is one fully equipped private bath located upstairs for your convenience. Upstairs you will also find the loft area with a daybed for lounging in.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities to make a simple breakfast to a gourmet meal. The adjoining dining area has seating for six and there are also four bar stools at the kitchen island.

The house has a great room making it seem very large and spacious. Both the dining area and living room are lofted to the upstairs. The living room has an over sized sectional couch and armchair with ottoman. The entertainment center has both a DVD player and VCR and of course TV. We have supplied the house with a small inventory of games, movies, and books for your in house entertainment.

The house has a large deck, BBQ, hot tub and bikes for your use. We have 4 adult bikes and 3 children’s bikes as well as a bike trailer.

Our hope is that you will be happy from the moment you pull into the driveway. We have tried to think of everything that you could possible need while here and hope that you feel like you are on vacation.

This is a privately owned vacation home that we have personally decorated with our own photos and artwork. We hope you make yourself at home and enjoy all the amenities of our house and the community. We take great pride in our retreat and welcome you as our guests during your stay at Sunriver.
